Student Assistant - Sales Operations

The role:

We are seeking candidates for our Sales Operations team who have a proactive and analytic mindset. Sales Operations is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, basic understanding of data principles, excellent communications skills, and a passion for solving problems that benefit Sales and ultimately the customer. We are the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that helps streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.

• Commercial assistance: answering internal questions via our communication channels (email/teams) and keeping our

• Contract Management: Support with sales contracts (issue for signature)
• Customer Relation Management: Assisting with data entry and management in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
• Ad Hoc tasks: Supporting the Sales Operations team with ad hoc administrative tasks such as preparing documents and organising files.
• Performance Monitoring: Learning and assisting with tracking sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Data Analysis: Assist with analyse sales data to track performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Commercial Processes: Learning and assisting with process automation (power automate) and implementation.

• Education: currently enrolled in a bachelor or master program.
• Technical skills: proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Power Automate is a plus.
• Location and availability: you can work from our office in Toldbodgade, Copenhagen, for a minimum of 15 hours a week.
• Language proficiency: demonstrate professional proficiency in English, enabling effective communication within our international company.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, organize, and analyse data with a strong attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptable and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: ability to think critically when faced with challenges. Willingness to take initiative and offer solutions where applicable.

Sales Operations supports the entire Commercial unit from Sales to Customer Success by providing the tools, data, insights, and processes needed to focus on selling, closing deals and bringing value to customers. We are the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that helps streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.
