The Role
As the Recruiting Lead at InRhythm, you will drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy to fuel business growth and innovation. This role requires a highly motivated leader with a strong sense of urgency, a proactive mindset, and an ability to manage a high-performing recruiting team across the U.S. and offshore locations. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring hiring velocity without compromising quality, and aligning workforce planning with business objectives.
This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and has experience hiring top-tier talent in application development, data, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and hold recruiters accountable for performance and hiring outcomes.
- Develop a high-performance recruiting culture focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and training to recruiters to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Implement innovative recruiting tactics to build a robust pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, networking, and referrals.
Hiring Process Optimization
- Maintain a high sense of urgency, speed, and quality in hiring processes.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and streamline interview and selection procedures.
- Establish and track key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and retention.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Align hiring strategy with business growth projections and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders and hiring managers to forecast hiring requirements and plan recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and compensation insights to stay competitive in talent acquisition.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strengthen InRhythm’s employer brand by showcasing culture, values, and growth opportunities.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Optimization
- Utilize recruitment analytics and reporting to refine strategies and measure success.
- Track hiring metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
- Maintain and optimize processes to enhance candidate pipeline management.
Third-Party Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and third-parties to supplement internal efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a consulting, technology, or staff augmentation environment.
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment. Skilled in negotiation and offer management. Deep understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements in a staff augmentation model.
- Industry & Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the consulting industry. Ability to assess candidate technical skills based on programming languages, tools, and methodologies. Knowledge of market trends, talent supply, demand, and compensation benchmarks.
- Client & Relationship Management: Strong ability to communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders regarding hiring needs and challenges. Experience collaborating with HR, technical teams, and leadership to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Ability to adapt hiring strategies based on client feedback and market conditions.
- Technology & Analytics Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for pipeline management. Ability to maintain and engage talent communities via CRM tools. Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking hiring metrics and performance.
- Soft Skills & Business Acumen: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Performance Metrics Management: Ability to manage metrics such as attrition rate, hiring capacity, time-to-fill, consultant recurring hiring rate, and other metrics as deemed necessary by the leadership team.
- Additional responsibilities as defined by management, including new projects, cross-functional support, or other tasks aligned with evolving business needs and priorities.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $140,000 - $165,000 per year, base salary. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on level and position offered.
