Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Staffing Sales Manager located in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for IT sales, lead generation, account management, and effectively selling IT services to clients.
Sales & Business Development:
• Market and place IT consultants (bench candidates) on various projects.
• Identify and establish relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and rates with clients and vendors to maximize margins.
Candidate Management:
• Maintain a pipeline of IT consultants available for placement.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand consultant skill sets and market demand.
• Ensure timely submission of resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain consultant satisfaction.
Vendor & Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and vendor partners.
• Keep track of contract renewals and extensions for placed consultants.
• Address client and consultant concerns proactively.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Keep up with the latest trends in the IT staffing industry.
• Analyze market demand for various technologies and domains.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to maximize placements.
Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with legal and immigration (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) requirements.
• Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placement details.
• Prepare reports on bench sales activities and consultant performance.
