Description : Position Summary :
The College Links Virtual Program Manager is responsible for managing and growing a virtual high school leadership development program, empowering diverse scholars to enhance their leadership, communication, and professional skills. This role oversees all virtual markets, ensuring consistency in program delivery and engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, virtual program facilitation, and a passion for youth development. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of high school scholars by fostering their leadership potential and preparing them for future academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management & Growth
- Oversee and manage all virtual markets, ensuring program goals and KPIs are consistently met.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate engaging program activities, including orientations and interactive monthly Saturday development workshops (approximately 4 hours each), to promote scholar participation and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to maintain a cohort of scholars in established markets.
- Conduct recruiting outreach activities to students, parents, school administrators, alumni and community members
- Oversee the scholar application, and acceptance process for the virtual market
- Create and execute strategies to achieve year-over-year growth in markets.
- Track enrollment, participation, and retention rates, ensuring scholars remain engaged until graduation.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, ensuring scholars complete tasks and meet program objectives.
- Communicate regularly with scholars and their guardians to encourage engagement and participation.
- Conduct parent meetings to update guardians on program progress, provide resources, and address concerns.
- Plan and host monthly virtual scholar leadership sessions, coordinating with guest speakers and creating engaging content.
- Ensure sessions meet program goals by focusing on leadership skill development, communication, and professional growth.
