ACCOUNTING MANAGER

As an integral part of the team, the Accounting Manager will work closely with operational leaders and serve as a trusted business partner across diverse functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take on a broad range of accounting and finance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and P&L review
- Perform variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance
- Supervise a small team of accounting professionals
- Manage GL accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Integrate newly acquired companies into the accounting processes
- Provide audit support and ensure timely and accurate preparation of audit materials
- Partner with operational leaders to help them better understand financial performance and drive informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to implement more efficient workflows
