Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Actively promote and sell products, ensuring that customers are informed about features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
