Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary: Develop existing accounts and acquire new accounts using the Intentional Sales Call Process and create customer value based on achieved territory business plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve all assigned territory business plans and budgets.
- Enlist participation of accounts in training programs
- Resolve all issues with accounts (i.e., billing, service, support, etc.) and find an equitable solution.
- Acquire competitive product information such as marketing and promotional information, pricing, engineering data, and conduct in depth pricing studies.
- Act as a liaison for the credit department regarding credit delinquencies for aged accounts.
- Active participation in monthly sales meetings, quarterly territory business plan reviews, local Home Shows and Dealer Meetings promoted by Insco and/or a contractor/customer.
- Develop relationship with local utility companies, builders (through dealers), and HVAC associations including RSES, ACCA and any other associated organizations in your assigned market/geographical area.
- Implement and execute INSCO marketing and advertising programs and all tactical and strategic business/sales plans from a corporate level as well as a local territory level.
- Orientation and training of new accounts to include contact information, ordering process, credit procedures, product knowledge and sales training.
- Provide value to the customer through the Intentional Sales Process and provide up to-date pricing and marketing information on a regular basis.
- Submit complete and thorough sales call log reports.
- Partner with other departments to provide enhanced value and support to customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years’ similar experience, or a combination of school and work experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HVACR industry, products and services preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
