- Implement comprehensive treatment plans, collect relevant data, and adapt interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
- Evaluate patient performance based on established criteria.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, charges, and patient progress.
- Develop tailored treatment programs aimed at restoring physical functioning and alleviating pain for patients.
- Record patient goals, monitor progress, and plan re-evaluations accordingly.
- Assess the effectiveness of treatments and make adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Deliver an outstanding rehabilitation experience through the combination of excellent clinical skills and superior customer service.
- Participate actively in patient care conferences with the multidisciplinary care team.
