Position Overview :
The Senior Product Manager for 5G Devices creates product concepts and drives them from ideation through the entire product lifecycle. The role is primarily focused on creating and delivering an exciting and diversified 5G device portfolio.
The role requires a proven can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences, and focuses on products that power 5G solutions.
Responsibilities :
- The Senior Product Manager must excel at all stages of product lifecycle, driving a broad range of next generation 5G devices rapidly to market.
- Creating product concepts from mobile hotspots, indoor / outdoor FWA routers and IoT gateways.
- Understand cost drivers in each product, actively optimizing the value of the product for the customer while balancing competitive pricing and margin targets.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, business case, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Actively support RFP responses, with deep technical knowledge of products and the ability to create new concepts or adapt current products to meet Customer needs.
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs for both Carrier and Channel routes to market serving SMB, Enterprise and IoT / Industrial segments.
- Bring a solution focus and drive collaboration within the product management and engineering team to ensure an optimum end to end customer experience.
- Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of marketing, finance, UX, IT, engineering, sales, operations and support, to navigate the development, launch, and maintenance of our products.
