This position is a key leadership role that is responsible for providing the strategic direction, enabling execution and achieving the financial goals of our electric divisions.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan.
- Provide guidance to the Division Managers to ensure they can effectively bid, plan and deliver solutions that meet customer needs, achieve cost goals and ensure safety.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Work with Division Managers to create the organizations and environment required to achieve our business plans.
- Focus on the recruitment and development of talent to meet business goals.
- Ensure a focus on the safety of our workforce and our job sites.
- Drive collaboration across divisions to improve efficiencies and to address organizational challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement new solutions to improve efficiency, safety and productivity.
