Stainless Steel Superintendent
Work Location: Holly Springs, NC
Full-time
Experience: 10 years in above ground and underground piping. Minimum 2 years of supervision responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to read P&IDs, Plans, Sections, Details, Orthographic and isometric drawings and install piping systems per the drawings and specifications
- Responsible to lead, plan, and schedule tasks to meet or beat required dates
- Oversees and supervise daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project.
- Ability to oversee subcontractors
- Works with clients to complete project safely, with high quality and within given timeframe.
- Must be able to follow all OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate with Project Manager to supervise projects ranging from 50K-5MM
Requirements:
- OSHA 30, Reading/Understanding drawings and specifications, Underground installations utilizing DI Pipe with MJs, Ability to lead crews and schedule tasks, ability to communicate well with Clients. Underground fire protection systems a plus with PIVs and Hydrants.
- Current and Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in varying temperatures indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs and be in construction lifts
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED minimum preferred
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience
