Our client is in search of a Director of Business Process Excellence to join their team in Minnesota (Faribault or Burnsville) . This position is new and will be key in shaping the organization for the next 5 years. Our client is a high-growth company (both organic and through acquisitions) and will require cross-enterprise leadership from this team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions in industry-leading lead times. You will be responsible for identifying key areas of improvement and sourcing the teams to execute the work. Your contributions will be highly visible and the expectation is continued value returned to the business.
In this role, you will :
- Define the strategy for business process excellence
- Develop a roadmap to execute against that strategy
- Work in all areas of the business
- Own the continuous improvement culture
- Build a high-performing team as opportunities present themselves and justify additional headcount
- Develop business plans for proposed engagements
- Implement systems to sustain step function changes
- Build and optimize process
To succeed in this role, you have :
This position may require up to 25% travel within North America.
Fluency in Spanish or French would be a plus.
This position reports to the Chief of Staff.
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $220,000 yearly.
