Minimum Qualifications :

Candidates must hold a PhD in Real Estate, Economics, or closely related discipline by the noted employment start date.

Position Summary :

The Department of Insurance, Legal Studies and Real Estate in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Real Estate at the Assistant Professor level as part of the 2024-2025 President’s Strategic Faculty Hiring Initiative Expansion. The position will begin fall semester of 2025, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2025.

Additional Requirements :

Appointment at the assistant professor rank requires a demonstrated potential to publish rigorous research in premier peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated success in teaching. Assistant candidates requesting service credit should have a record of publishing in premier journals commensurate with rank and demonstrated excellence in teaching.
