Type of Position : Full-time Hourly, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule, Hours per week : Monday-Thursday 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, 40 hours per week
Pay Range : $25.81-$33.57 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.
Benefits Category : Full-time Benefits
Position Summary : Design, build, program, troubleshoot, and maintain all building automation systems to ensure building comfort, air quality, safety, and convenience for Johnson County Community College (JCCC).
Required Qualifications :
- Recognized as subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional. Requires specialized skill set.
- Conducts highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
- Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess valid driver's license and acceptable driving record to be insured to operate college vehicles.
- Must possess EPA Universal License.
