Job Description :
POSITION : Part-Time Contract Specialist : Procurement Department; Haverhill Campus; up to 30 hours / week
SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday 9 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
SUMMARY : The College Contract Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle management process, including maintaining the contract database, reviewing and redlining vendor contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing contract expirations and renewals. This role requires close collaboration with the College Contract Managers and various stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize contract performance. This is a temporary, contracted position for 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Specific duties for this position include :
- Contract Lifecycle Management :
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Work closely with the College Contract Managers to align contract management practices with institutional goals.
Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.

SALARY : $35.00-$40.00 / hour, non-benefited position
