Job Description :
The Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and initiatives within the Center for Data Analytics’. This role will focus on coordinating various training sessions, student engagement activities, infrastructure upgrades, and scholarship programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a passion for data analytics and education.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Oversight :
Lead, supervise, and manage research teams and data lab operations within the Center for Data Analytics, including the Truist Data Analytics Research, Trading, and Technology (DARTT) Lab.
Develop and manage detailed project plans for the Center's initiatives, including training programs, student engagement, infrastructure upgrades, and scholarship opportunities.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring daily tasks are aligned with overall project objectives.
Organize and coordinate training sessions on key data analytics software, collaborating with industry experts to develop relevant content.
Assess technology needs for the labs and procure necessary tools and equipment, ensuring the infrastructure meets industry standards for security, privacy, and ethical use.
Develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, including Truist, to enhance program offerings and provide real-world insights to students.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, initiatives, and training sessions, identifying areas for improvement.
