Job Summary

Ensemble Musicians will practice and perform for Georgia College and State University Events upon agreements with departments.

Responsibilities

Practice - 60%

practice the music for performing

Setup - 15%

Setup of needed items for performance.

Performance - 25%

Performance with instrument before an audience .

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Experience as a music major, music therapy major, or music minor at Georgia College & State University.

High School Diploma.

Required Experience

Proficient in playing instrument

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Recommendation of Georgia College and State University music faculty member.

Preferred Experience

One or more year as a music major, music therapy major, or music minor at Georgia College & State University.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

ABILITIES

Ability to perform the required music at a high level.

KNOWLEDGE

Professional musical knowledge.

SKILLS

High level of musical performance skill.
