Job Summary
Preform various duties related to Film Studies and Humanities area.
Must be a current GHC student and must be Financial Aid eligible
Responsibilities Produce media for and Film Studies and other Humanities associated endeavors
Organize and maintain video production equipment in the Media Innovation Center
Assist in communications and planning of events
Administrative duties and record keeping
Communicate with filmmakers and community partners
Recruit and organize student volunteers for events
Create and manage social media assets
Support the operations of events related to Humanities such as the Rome International Film Festival and GHC’s Writing Conference.
Required Qualifications Experience sufficient in administrative duties, verbal and written communications, event planning and support, various levels of media production.
Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated
Must be Pell Grant eligible (FAFSA)
Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance of student
Must be current GHC Student
Proposed Salary
10 per hour
