This position is through the PEAK Temporary Staffing.
The Division of Access and Opportunity Testing Center is looking for a receptionist starting Monday, 02 / 24 / 25 until 3 / 14, but that may be extended.
- Assist with welcoming and Students into the Testing Center (Communicating and directing Students in the lobby and in the Testing Center)
- Assist with preparing testing environment (organizing proctor sheets, ensure timers, scratch paper, pencils)
- Assist with sanitizing the testing environment between testing times (wiping down computers and testing areas)
- Assist with logging Students into the testing center computers.
- Assist with Proctoring Students while students are taking the exam.
- Assist with answering phones, taking messages for staff to return calls.
