Job Title : Recruiter
Department : Fisher College | Graduate Programs Administration
This is a temporary position not to exceed six months. Work is performed on-campus and remotely (3 days on campus / 2 days remote). Supports the overall recruiting and admissions process by customer support to the applicants and offering them a smooth and streamlined experience. The main function of this job is to connect with prospective, in-progress and admitted applicants via email and phone. Conduct interviews, read applications and manage admissions projects (interview setup, test score waiver assessment, event logistics and outreach, webinars etc.).
Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications : Ability to work independently with strict attention to detail; ability to collaborate in a cross-functional office environment; Experience in Microsoft products; Desired Qualifications : familiarity with Fisher Graduate programs and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Additional Information :
The target hiring range for this job profile is $19.09 – $25.10 per hour. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc
