Position OverviewThis position oversees design and promotional product development for the CCO. The Student Creative Director maintains the CCO’s brand identity and coordinates with all CCO programs on their promotional needs. This position serves as a member of the CCO’s Executive Staff.
Per the State of Kansas, student employees may hold concurrent appointments not to exceed maximum appointment and hours worked levels . However, concurrent student appointments must be of matching FLSA designation (exempt / salaried or non-exempt / hourly).
Job Description Design and Branding – 75%
- Maintain the Center for Community Outreach brand in conjunction with the Communications Director.
- Distribute design advertisements and graphics to promote the Center for Community Outreach and all programs and events.
- Create design material in a timely manner for all programs and executive staff.
- Maintain and update the CCO website and social media sites in conjunction with the Executive and Communications Directors.
Executive Staff Collaboration – 20%
Additional relevant tasks and projects as determined throughout the term – 5% Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with the Center for Community Outreach.
