Job Summary :
OSU Talent Development and Recruitment is a dynamic team of enthusiastic, hardworking, fun individuals driven to source, attract, recruit, and develop members of the Cowboy family. The Talent Development Manager is charged to foster growth and development of OSU employees and drive employee success. Key responsibilities include :
- Training Delivery : Assess and deliver instructor-led training programs tailored to the needs of full-time OSU employees. Personally conduct sessions based on your expertise and collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure a comprehensive training offering.
- eLearning Leadership : Spearhead the implementation of our learning management system and oversee the development and delivery of engaging eLearning curricula, championing content available through our LinkedIn Learning partnership.
- Network and relationship development : Connect with internal and external partners in order to meet development needs and create opportunities for diverse learning.
- Supervision : Lead and mentor a full-time Human Resources paraprofessional.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications :
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Five years of related experience.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs using a participant-centered approach.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) using a participant-centered facilitation approach.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree.
Experience with learning management system administration, graphic design, and video creation / editing.
Proven curriculum and certificate program design abilities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and course authoring software (Articulate 360 / Rise / Storyline or Adobe Captivate).
