The Talent Development Manager is charged to foster growth and development of OSU employees and drive employee success. Key responsibilities include :
Training Delivery : Assess and deliver instructor-led training programs tailored to the needs of full-time OSU employees. Personally conduct sessions based on your expertise and collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure a comprehensive training offering.
eLearning Leadership : Spearhead the implementation of our learning management system and oversee the development and delivery of engaging eLearning curricula, championing content available through our LinkedIn Learning partnership.
Network and relationship development : Connect with internal and external partners in order to meet development needs and create opportunities for diverse learning.
Supervision : Lead and mentor a full-time Human Resources paraprofessional.
