Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident and collaborative Onsite Compliance Inspector to join our team. Your role will be to conduct bi-monthly patrols through the neighborhoods of the master- planned community, ensuring that all residents are adhering to the established community standards (CC&Rs and Residential Guidelines). The ideal candidate will excel in striking a delicate balance between enforcing compliance and maintaining a supportive, non-punitive approach. You'll be skilled in engaging diplomatically with homeowners, especially those feeling frustrated, guiding them towards solutions that contribute to a harmonious community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections in all neighborhoods, noting any non-compliance issues, and issuing letters, and documentation.
- Engage with homeowners to resolve compliance concerns.
- Develop process improvements and driving schedules.
- Handle homeowner inquiries by understanding the issue, conducting research, and providing clear, informative responses.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
- Enhance job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and understanding the governing documents of each community.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- No prior industry experience is required, but initiative and independence are highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable entering data into databases.
