About the role
As an Active Directory Systems Architect, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upgrades, general operations, and troubleshooting of client Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure. We will count on you to operate as a technical expert on infrastructure projects pertaining to Directory Services, AD Audit tools and certificates, Systems Management, Capacity Planning, and DR Along the way, you will get to :
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Respond and solve customer issues utilizing technology tools, procedures, and training through awareness of service offerings and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintains current knowledge of core service offerings and SLAs. Understands all Logical service offerings to better support customers as well as engaging opportunity in expanding any service offering to better service our current customers.
- Monitor trends and problems to spot a pattern and recommend new standards or process changes.
