About the role
As a Service Operations Specialist , you will enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the client’s Service Level Agreements (SLA). We will count on you to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
