This candidate is responsible for making outbound calls to patients to collect outstanding balances, providing detailed account information, negotiating payment plans, documenting activities, collaborating with the billing department, maintaining patient confidentiality, and offering exceptional customer service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of healthcare billing and insurance processes. This candidate will be making up to 100 outbound calls a day and up to 80 customer contacts per day.
