We can’t wait for you to join the team!! Position : The purpose of this position is to serve as a Client Service Representative at Paws Bay Animal Hospital
- perform record keeping duties
- clerical duties related to patient care and treatment
- provide miscellaneous support to the health care team
- reception (visitor and telephone) – answer phones, check in patients, convey messages to medical team
- obtain patient medical records and input into computer
- maintenance of veterinary medical records
- accounts maintenance
- ensure that all calls are answered promptly and courteously and professionally
- cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail service. A complete job description will be provided at time of hiring. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, data transcribing, word processing, and a practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records and terminology used in the hospital. Position type and expected hours of work :
- Initially this will be a part time position as we will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Additional days will be added as we become busier. - we are also accepting applications for 1-2 shifts per week - there is possiblity of some remote CSR work as well
- Shifts are 8 : 30 am – 6 pm with 1 hour lunch
- We will be closed major holidays Education and Experience :
- High School diploma or A.A. Degree
- Customer Service experience - ideally experience in a veterinary hospital Powered by JazzHR
