Title : EPIC Trainer
Location : Onsite in Houston, TX
Duration : 11 weeks
Must Haves :
- 3 years of experience as an EPIC Trainer
- Must be credentialed or certified in at least one Epic application
- Must have Epic knowledge, instructional design knowledge, understanding of adult learning principles, ability to communicate effectively, presentation skills, ADDIE model knowledge and understanding so as to ensure they understand adult learning principles.
- Must be willing to travel to different locations within Houston
- Must be flexible with work hours to cover day / night / weekend shifts
- Bilingual in Spanish
Day to Day :
A healthcare system in Houston, TX is seeking an EPIC Trainer to join their team. In this position you will be responsible for training hospital staff on the new Unified Clinical Communication platform – Rover. The trainer will work with the clinical and non-clinical staff ensuring they are proficient in its functionalities to enhance patient care and streamline clinical workflows. The trainer will conduct training sessions onsite at the hospitals.
Compensation :
34___ / hr to $__38___ / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
