Title : HYBRID Social Worker (MSW)
Duration : Permanent
Location(s) : Spokane Valley, WA – 50% work from home, 50% in-person
Salary : $30-$45 / hr based on experience (40 hours / week)
Shift : Monday – Friday, 8-430pm
Setting : Outpatient Clinic
Must Haves
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
- Licensed / Associate Social Worker in Washington State (LCSW / LICSW / LASW / LSWAIC)
- 6 months of experience working as a social worker in a clinical setting
- Personal vehicle

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker provides services to participants in a manner that is consistent with the mission and core values of the client a majority of time in direct service activities within the Center, including one-on-one and group counseling, interaction with other team members, and ongoing assistance to participants to address social issues. Based on comprehensive assessments, provides perspective on the social, emotional, cognitive, and ethnic factors that impact the creation of an individualized integrated plan of care.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
