JOB DESCRIPTION :
Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk / Service Desk Tech. In this role you will be required to work onsite support 20 internal employees through their ticketing system at their location in Grand Rapids. Employes at switch are on call once every 13 weeks 8am-8am Mon through Sunday. The regular hours are 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm onsite Monday through Friday
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in a help desk / desk side support role (private or public sector)
- Must have an active A certification.
- Must have 1 years of experience supporting / troubleshooting Mac / Apple products (accounts for about 20% of their machines)
- This role will be 50% Help desk and 50% deskside support.
- Culture fit and customer service is extremely important as they are supporting internal switch employees.
