Job Description

Position Background :

Planning, organizing, conflict resolution, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a centralized location for long periods.
Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

Greet patients and manage 20-minute wait time.

Assist with intake processes, including copying documents.

Collect co-payments and issue receipts.

Manage cashier box and daily deposits.

Process walk-in patients and visitors.

Answer phones and schedule appointments.

Manage medical records (maintain, file / scan, prepare for schedule).

Ensure timely scanning / filing of correspondence.

Process medical records release requests and maintain logs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Attributes :

1 years of experience in a medical practice or front desk role.
