Must Haves :

  • 2 years of experience in the health plan / payor organization
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Population Health experience
  • Strong healthcare background
  • Strong communication skills / experience interacting with high-level leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in  Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field

Plusses :

  • Experience with claims data.
  • Familiarity with Epic / EHR systems
  • Skills in Power BI for data visualization

    • Day to Day :

  • Analyze and support employee health plans.
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Work closely with another team member to identify opportunities and build reports.
  • Collaborate with a data scientist who handles data visualization.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Support employee health plans by analyzing data and identifying opportunities within data sets.
  • Present findings and reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, including a data scientist responsible for data visualization.
  • Utilize Power BI for building and presenting reports to clients.
