Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling and Texturing
- Create high-quality 3D models and textures for various projects.
- Use software like ZBrush, or Substance Painter to edit and enhance 3D assets and ensure all 3D assets meet project standards and specifications.
- Work with raw 3D scan data to clean, retopologies, and prepare models for efficient use.
- Utilize Unreal Engine to create visuals, set up scenes, materials, lighting, and finalize assets.
- Work closely with design and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative visual solutions.
- Optimize models and textures for performance across various platforms, including real-time rendering.
- Adapt and implement feedback from clients and team members to improve final outputs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and use of relevant software tools
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, including but not limited to Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.
- Additional certifications or training in 3D art, game development, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques in 3D art and design.
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Keeping up with industry tools and techniques will be part of your routine to improve your skills and contribute effectively to projects.
