What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Insight Global?
Insight global is looking for an account Manager to join the leading Corporate Real Estate Firm. In this role the candidate will be supporting facilities and workplace experience services for a high level insurance client. The Account Manager will be the single-point-of-contact accountable for overall contract success. This individual will provide leadership, management, and development of the account, ensuring both financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering the full suite of facilities management services (hard and soft) to the client across the portfolio of sites, working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure exceptional service is delivered and maintained. They will lead a team of Facility Managers and Concierge and instill a culture of hospitality and elevated Workplace Experience across the account.
- Oversee facilities and workplace experience team for all client locations.
- Manage vendor relations and contracts
- Managing financial and budgeting for client needs.
- Oversee Global communications across US, Europe and APAC markets
- Conducting regular client site visits across multiple Us locations, and occasional international travel.
- Ensuring seamless and high-level client office experience for all client employees.
