We are seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to join our team near the scenic Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online, strong accounting principles, and expertise in data imports and mapping codes in the General Ledger (GL). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial data efficiently and ensure accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of QuickBooks Online, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Apply strong accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
• Handle data imports efficiently, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy of financial information.
• Map codes in the General Ledger accurately to maintain organized and precise financial records. • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their queries and assisting with QuickBooks-related issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
