What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for an accounts payable associate to support a specialty pharmaceutical company in Richmond, VA. This position requires to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday (9am-5pm) and remote Monday and Friday. This person will ensure that Suppliers of the business are paid accurately and in line with agreed payment terms, and that all activities of the Accounts Payable function are correctly recorded in the Financial Statements. Adhere to processes and use of systems. Ensure all work done within function meets compliance needs. Work with the business to implement process improvements. Deliver services to required Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide global service. Act as point of contact for AP in North America. Act as delegate for Global AP Manager, as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years experience within Accounts Payable - Experience with SAP - Concur Knowledge - for travel and entertainment
