Position Overview: AudioCodes is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing invoicing and billing operations, with a focus on consolidating large datasets into comprehensive invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing processes, including consolidating large data files into single invoices for client approval.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service Delivery, Finance) to ensure accurate reporting and invoice preparation.
- Manage portal submissions, including inputting data into the Ariba portal.
- Analyze billing reports, manage AR transactions, and resolve credits and discrepancies.
- Work closely with sales teams to prepare, review, and finalize invoices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in billing and invoicing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with Word and other common software.
- Knowledge of accounting systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn new financial systems quickly.
- Experience in AR for a corporate setting (e.g., retailer or wholesaler); not suitable for investment banking or small business backgrounds.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
