Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Coordinate facilities support, including repairs and maintenance, and represent the company professionally at reception
- Support AP processes, preparing information for a third-party finance team, and prepare the office for visits from executives
- Perform additional ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an office management role, supporting an office as a whole rather than an individual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience working in a large corporate environment with an office headcount of 100 people
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle experience is preferred but not required
