Compensation : $200,000 - $210,000 / Year
Position Overview : A client of Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of DevOps to lead within an enterprise environment. This highly visible and technical role requires a professional with strong communication skills and a growth mindset. The AVP of DevOps will be responsible for delivering quality implementation of DevOps, CI / CD, and GenAI platforms, driving both high-level and hands-on strategies to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of DevOps, CI / CD, and GenAI platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure quality DevOps practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align architecture and frameworks for sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Manage and coach a team of four leaders, overseeing an organization of up to five hundred developers.
- Communicate effectively with various delivery teams across the company.
