What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audio Visual Specialist position at Insight Global?
As the AV Support Specialist, you will be working out of the Beverly Hills office 5 days a week. You will primarily be supporting the Global Training Facility which has two primary rooms (one room being a room for the executives) within this building, conducting daily conference room checks as well. There are 13 other conference rooms. You will be doing the intakes for the events and ensure everything is properly set up and ready for use within these rooms as it pertains to the role.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an AV Technician – interacting with executives/ corporate experience
- A/V experience with live production support
- Audio signal flow experience – Analog and Digital
- Working with mics and putting lav mics on presenters - Adjusting sound levels of mics
- Zoom Room experience (starting meetings, screen sharing, changing cameras, etc.)
- Mac support – Airplay, display setting support for multiple screens
- Needs to know PowerPoint (Keynote would be good too)
- Ability to work with execs in a fast paced environment and be able to handle last minute requests or changes
- Basic IT background allowing you to assist with some level 1 troubleshooting
Compensation:
$30/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
