Overview
Our company is seeking a motivated individual for an entry or junior level position focused on setting up B2B data integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end integration projects, with a significant portion of the work involving converting existing integrations to a new platform using pre-built transformations. Collaboration with third-party software providers and customers is essential to ensure seamless data exchange and integration. This will be a hybrid 2 days work from home and 3 days onsite in Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Convert existing integrations using pre-built transformations.
- Collaborate with customers and third-party software providers to configure, test, and deploy integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders on integration functionality and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various data formats such as XML, JSON, EDI, and flat files.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with integration platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and environments.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
