What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Recruiter position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to work for a client in the Chantilly, VA area. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and posting job descriptions to our career portal and relevant job boards
- Work with account managers to establish recruiting goals for existing and upcoming projects.
- Develop recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates through professional networking, social media, and local organizations.
- Source and recruit candidates to help grow the core employee base.
- Attending job fairs and recruiting fairs as needed.
- Screening applications and setting up interviews
- Assess candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes via interview process.
- Verify references.
- Negotiate wages and other terms and conditions of employment.
- Coordinate with employee onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth transition to onboard new employees.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor and manage existing employee base includes hiring, terminations, reviews, timecard collection, etc.
- Maintaining reports on recruitment activity and efforts
- Provide customer service support to field employees (sometimes on-site).
- Maintain, organize, and update candidate database.
- Understand the sales process for the Company.
- Other duties as directed by the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, 2-5 years experience minimum
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or other college degree (preferred)
- Hands on experience with various selections processes (i.e. video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge construction industry and/or related trades is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
