Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of project data using software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
• Quality assurance and quality control of project data
• Review and understanding of project contracts for the purposes of contactor billings data reconciliation
• Digital file organization of project documents
• Completion of client data inquiries as requested by project management

Qualifications

• High technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Prior accounting or finance experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be motivated and results-oriented
