About the Role :
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our company at major trade shows in Grand Rapids. This role is all about connecting with people, showcasing our exceptional appliance repair plans, and helping potential customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.
What You'll Do :
Represent our company at prominent trade shows and events in Grand Rapids.
Engage with attendees, sparking interest and explaining our appliance repair plans.
Assist potential customers with plan enrollment, making the process smooth and enjoyable.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the events.
Ensure a strong presence at the booth, meeting attendance goals.
Help with booth setup and teardown, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
What We're Looking For :
Completion of a 2-3 hour training program on our products and services.
Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods (4 hours).
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is a plus.
Reliable transportation to event venues in Grand Rapids.
Willingness to assist with the physical setup and teardown of booth materials.
