About the Role
">Insight Global is seeking an experienced professional to support major capital improvement projects in Goleta, CA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist Project Managers with projects exceeding $750,000.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including planning, design, contract bidding, and construction phases.
- Evaluate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with UC policies and departmental procedures.
- Monitor construction activities and inform stakeholders of discrepancies between contract documents and physical work.
- Review and update construction schedules to reflect project progress.
- Lead construction meetings and coordinate in-house work efforts related to Major Capital Projects.
- Verify contractor requests based on work completed during site visits.
- Prepare and approve applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
">- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of administrative work or project coordination experience
Compensation:
">$25 - $30 per hour
