Travel Requirement: Traveling to client locations out of state 2x per month (2 day trips each time)
Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 Base Uncapped Commission (Average of $30-$50k commission for the first year. Expected to increase incrementally after the first year.)
Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Company Overview: Insight Global is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our healthcare-focused Architecture and Construction client. This role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and involves supporting growth across various markets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of industry-specific contacts.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing business progress updates.
- Utilize CRM software to qualify and track pipelined business.
- Assist in the creation of proposals tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in outside sales and business development.
- Based in Chicago, Illinois, with a willingness to travel to various markets twice per month.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to attend networking events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
