Cable Assembly Technicians are needed for a program supporting the Navy. They will aggregate cables and build connectors, working on equipment racks and internal cabling. Cannon connectors are prevalent, with cable sizes ranging from 26 to 8 gauge. Assembly complexity varies, requiring completion times between 1 hour and 10 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate cables and build connectors according to specifications

- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in cable assembly within a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency with essential hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, crimpers, wire strippers)
- Experience working with wires and building connectors
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic soldering experience
- Electronics or wiring experience
- Fiber qualified
- IPC-A-610 soldering certification
Compensation:
$22-$25 per hour, plus overtime pay
