Maximum Pay Rate: $23.91/hr
Day to Day:
A large online retailer is looking for a Catalog Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work within the handmade business, a community of makers who create handmade, hand-altered, and hand-designed products. You will ensure that products are correctly categorized on the site, performing catalog mapping to verify and adjust item placements. Your work will involve reviewing what customers see on the website and collaborating with the Product Manager and Tech teams to support the Handmade program. You will participate in Monday staff meetings and Wednesday weekly business reviews, communicating regularly with the product manager. Key projects include reclassifying Handmade ASINs and addressing urgent catalog work for the year. This role is crucial for improving customer experience and enhancing seller visibility on the site.
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years work experience (ideally catalog specialist/ management or data entry role)
- Excel experience with large/raw data sets (vlookups pivots)
- Experience business writing (SOPs, documenting findings/recommendations)
- Bachelor's degree
