The Change and Training manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for global operational effectiveness program
Qualifications:
• 5- 7 years’ experience developing training and change management strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree with corporate experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
• Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.)
